Working principle and maintenance skills of food mixer

Food mixers can be found in almost every kitchen. Their blended ingredients make cookies, cakes, muffins, breads, desserts, and other foods. Due to their versatility, they have become a favorite gift item for people setting up a new home.

How a food mixer works

Food mixer electric appliance. That is, instead of heating things, they move things. In this case, they move or mix food ingredients. Apparently, the motor is a major component of a food mixer. So, the gear. Gear motors are the Nemesis of rotation conversion against rotation. The speed controller changes the current transmitted to the motor so that the speed of the stirrer is to be controlled.

There are two types of food mixers: portable (or hand) mixers and fixed (or standing) mixers. Portable mixers are lightweight, easy to mix and mix work with small motors. Stand mixers use larger motors and components to manage greater employment opportunities, such as flour or high-volume ingredient mixing.

How to Repair a Blender

Simple maintenance of food mixer, including repair switch, repair speed control and repair gear.

Maintenance switch: Switch simple components, can easily stop the operation of small appliances. If your mixer doesn't work, you check the plug and power cord and test the switch.

To test and replace the switch:

Step 1: Carefully remove the exposed switch from the back to the surrounding house.

Step 2: Check the terminals on the switch to ensure that the wires from the appliance are connected to the switch.

Step 3: Mark the location of the terminal line and disconnect.

Step 4: Use a continuity tester or multimeter to determine whether the switch is faulty. If so, replace it and reconnect the terminal wires.

Servicing Gears: Food blenders work so well because they rotate the kink in opposite directions to blend the ingredients. This is opposed to rotating gear production. In most food blenders, the worm gear is connected to the motor shaft into two or more pinion gears. In turn, the pinion rotates the agitator. Because the gear is a physical component, rather than one of an appliance,

serving them is different. Check and lubricate gears:

Step 1: Make sure the device is unplugged.

Step 2: Remove the upper house expose gear. In most cases, the gear that is causing the problem can be checked for damage and then lubricated.

Step 3: Check and lubricate worm gear and pinion gear to ensure excess lubricant does not touch motor or electrical components.

Step 4: Remove any loose shavings or pieces before housing reassembles.

Replace the fuse: If the motor of your food mixer is not working, the fuse of the motor may be blown. To test and replace the fuse:

Step 1: Remove the upper house to obtain the motor.

Step 2: Find the fuse and disconnect the motor.

Step 3: Place a continuity tester or multimeter probe at the end of each year to check for continuity. If not, the fuse is blown and must be replaced with one of the same current levels.

Step 4: Since the purpose of the fuse is to save the motor from damaging the motor, check the speed controller and other electrical components in the appliance to determine the cause of the blown fuse. Otherwise, the new fuse will open the motor as soon as possible to strike.
