This series of spiral dough mixer adopt high quality belt construction with bowl capacity range from 20 liter to 200 liter, dry flour capacity from 4kg to 75kg.
Machine has double action. Both the bowl and the stirring head revolve at the same time when operating, which assure to mix the dough more evenly.
Programmable timer is included.
Protective wire cover is included, run only when it is lowered.
All parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel or steel with specially treated surfaces, which are endurable in use and in conformity with national food hygiene standard. Emergency stop button, safety guard and overloading protection will assure you of safe and perfect operation.
Note: emergency stop button is optional to install, just meet different preference of end users.
